Our interiors team is working hard to finalize the material palette for the Texa-Tonka Multifamily housing project going up in St Louis Park. The project’s interiors are inspired by the recently revitalized, mid-century modern shopping center located near Minnetonka Boulevard and Texas Avenue South. Walnut wood tones, interior stone, and playful shapes will bring the concept to life. The last picture is a historical photo from the area.
