Erik provides DJR with a large portfolio of work ranging from hospitality, commercial, restaurant, retail, medical and public sector projects. Creating buildings with a positive impact on the surrounding community while working with the client’s goals and expectations are the driving force behind Erik’s work. He believes that a project is successful when both the client and the community are proud of the work.

In his free time Erik is an avid photographer and has been published in several publications about Minnesota. He spends most of his time outdoors attempting to keep up with his wife, two active boys and new baby daughter.
