Will first joined DJR as a summer intern and became a full-time employee after graduating from Iowa State University. His interest in architecture started at an early age through his fascination with Legos and Lincoln Logs. Throughout high school, Will participated in several architectural courses which confirmed his future in architecture. After studying abroad, Will began to understand that architecture has the ability to impact people both emotionally and culturally. This along with Will’s appreciation for critical problem solving, innovation, and design excellence fuel his passion for the profession. Outside of the office you might see Will out on the golf course, catching some rays out on the lake, or playing puck on a local pond. He also has a deep craving for traveling the world and spending quality time with his friends, family and golden retriever.
