Building on the success of the Ellipse on Excelsior, e2 is the second phase of apartment homes for the France and Excelsior location. The 5-story 58 unit project is a contemporary addition to the project.  The building features (4) 2-story loft units, outdoor fireplace lounge and roof deck.

Like the Ellipse on Excelsior, e2 units offer natural, warm and inviting material choices and balconies that overlook nearby amenities such as Minikahda Golf Club, Lake Calhoun, Bass Lake Park, all of which can also be enjoyed from the rooftop patio.  The design also promotes sustainable living by providing the next level of mechanical and lighting efficiency improved thermal insulation, durable materials and light filled units.
