Creating a new prototype for Retail development along France Ave in Edina, Phoenix Plaza introduces a pedestrian-oriented concept that brings the retail structure to the street and places the parking to the rear of the site allowing the building to be the prominent feature on the site rather than the parking. The project has been an extraordinary success, winning a Best in Real Estate Award and inspiring a pedestrian-oriented redevelopment of the area.
