PPMNS HEALTH CARE CENTER & HEADQUARTERS

Planned Parenthood Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota (PPMNS) opened an exciting new chapter in their history with the construction of their flagship health care center and administrative headquarters.  The building was designed as a 46,000 square foot, 3-story structure with built in capacity for a future fourth floor.

Outdoor decks, green roof components, and a separate structured parking ramp bring the overall development to 63,000 square feet.  This LEED certified project, located on the Central Corridor, makes a significant contribution to the creation of sustainable communities along one of the region’s most significant transit investments.
