HELLMUTH & JOHNSON

Located at the NE corner of I-494 and Highway 169, the Hellmuth & Johnson Law Office is a new prototype in infill construction. On a 2 ½ acre site with only ½ acre of buildable land, the design team used three levels of structured parking to raise the two levels of office space to scenic views over the wetlands and Braemar Golf Course. This turned a long-standing obstacle to the site’s development into an asset. The parking level exteriors were treated similar to the office giving the building an impressive presence on the two neighboring highways.
