ST. MICHAEL MASTERPLAN

The St. Michael Masterplan is part of a city initiative to create housing around the central park. The complex features a number of residential options including senior living accomodations and two, three-story multi-family buildings. One of these buildings will have approximate 24 units per floor and the other will have 27 units per floor. Unit sizes will range from studio to three-bedroom, approximately 485 to 1285 square feet. The site is located on 3.7 acres in the center of town near a small community lake.
