THE ELMWOOD

Named after the St. Louis Park neighborhood, The Elmwood is an “active senior” mixed-use building. It is a visible landmark along Highway 100 with walking access to shopping and the St. Louis Park Recreation Center. The building contains 70 units, 5 floors, resident amenities and retail on the corner.

 The intent is to create a timeless design with large windows to maximize daylight for the residents. Natural stone, stucco, and metal panels are the main building materials used. Amenities include an exercise room, yoga studio, bike storage, rooftop deck, and an outdoor landscaped plaza.
