THRIVE

Thrive is located at the intersection of 5th Ave. South and South 7th Street in downtown Minneapolis, a few blocks from US Bank Stadium and Hennepin County Medical Center. It is a six-story building with parking, apartments, and a restaurant area. The first floor includes restaurant space and a lounge, exercise room and storage for apartment tenants. A mezzanine level between floors one and two provide office space and tenant storage. Floors two through six are apartment units.

The building is a mix of brick and dark flush seam metal panel with large windows. The first floor is predominantly storefront glazing with metal canopies and is set fourteen feet in front of floors two through six. The sixth floor is primarily dark flush metal paneling all the way around. Brick piers extend up five floors with vertical accent lights.
