VERTICAL ENDEAVORS & ICEHOUSE COURT

The IceHouse Court Development features restaurants, apartments, a coffee shop, a bar, and one the nation’s largest climbing gyms. Everything about the project blends old and new.  The Vertical Endeavors gym occupies a tall brick structure that formerly stored blocks of ice from Cedar Lake.  The plaza designed in conjunction with Julie Snow Architects makes use of stones from Minneapolis’ most famous “lost” landmark the elaborate Romanesque Metropolitan Building.
