Henley

Henley Apartments and Townhomes include a four-story building that lines Lyndale Avenue with 66 units and an eight-unit, two-story townhome building at the west side of the property. The project rehabilitated an abandoned site on the central corridor of the neighborhood by activating the street level in the design. Amenity spaces, exterior unit entries and street side patios along Lyndale produce activity along the street and pedestrian way.

The apartment building is a notable landmark along Lyndale Avenue with horizontal LED lighting to accentuate the corners. Emphasis on clean design is highlighted by consistent window placement, using wood look accent panels to create movement in the façade. The townhomes feature design elements that create individuality among the units while using a cohesive material pattern.
