Nico Apartments

Nico Apartments, located along one of the main corridors coming from downtown, is a six-story building with 145 units and first floor retail. The building offers views of downtown from across the freeway and connects to the Loring Park neighborhood. The recessed storefront along Nicollet Avenue gives the building human scale and a pedestrian walkway overhang.

Varying shades of blue metal panels highlight the street side and a fifth story setback balcony overlooks the street towards downtown. A rooftop balcony amenity deck wraps the southeast corner at the fourth floor. The first floor units include a mezzanine with a spiral staircase.
