Cobblestone Lake Retail

Cobblestreet Market was conceived as a multi-tenant retail building with the desire to have a major design element on the most public-facing corner. The nature of the site, however, demanded all four sides of the building to be aesthetically appealing, therefore, there is no 'back of the building' like most commercial properties. The original design called for a drive-thru window to be added to the corner commercial space. Knowing it would become a location for food service, special attention was paid to stepping the roof line, allowing the large, expansive storefront to bring light into the welcoming space that Caribou Coffee now calls home. Dark metal panel, stone and brick all add earth-toned elements, creating a greater sense of warmth for the customers visiting these retail locations.
