Harlo

Harlo is a 75 unit luxury apartment building in Loring Park that takes on the unique character of the surrounding neighborhood. With an inverted U-shape above the main floor, the negative space allows light and air to travel to the interior courtyard of the building.  Residents overlook the green roof above the first floor of the open courtyard area. The roof deck with a trellis canopy for resident’s use has a grill, fire pit and planters for growing flowers and vegetables.

Similarly to the surrounding buildings, Harlo has a base and front façade of dark brick. Brick cornices, window accents, and brick depth variation create scale and definition in the façade. The interior courtyard accents the brick with dark green fiber cement siding.
