Otto
Otto is located on the east side of 15th Avenue, directly across the street from Van Cleve Park just north of the University of Minnesota campus. The project is a twelve unit cluster development consisting of two, six-unit three story buildings. Each unit has four bedrooms and four baths with shared living and kitchen areas. The two buildings share a central courtyard with recreation space and grilling area. An accessory shelter for 48 bikes is provided at the parking area accessed from the east side of the site. The exterior materials consist of 5/8” fiber cement lap siding and vertical metal siding.
