1000 Main
1000 Main is a five-story apartment building located on the corner of 10th Avenue & Main Street in northeast Minneapolis. The inspiration for the exterior design is traditional Chicago brownstone architecture which represents urban sophistication and has great neighborhood appeal. The exterior materials include brick, glass, metal & fiber cement siding. Residents can also enjoy aluminum decks with great views of the city. The apartment building includes interior parking, a fitness room, bike lounge and lobby. This new addition to the neighborhood will be a great place for residents to call home for years to come.
The interiors were designed to give a big punch of personality in a small amount of space. The design is defined by unexpectedly brilliant colors and patterns. The lobby and lounge are an eclectic mix of patterns that is grounded by the punchy green walls. The lounge, fitness, and bike all have patterned walls that stand out for passers-by of the building. The corridors have a classic black and white backdrop to support the custom extra-bold floral pixel carpet.
The units were designed to be timeless and functional for every tenant. Midtone warm wood-looks floors coupled with dramatic black cabinets create a sophisticated backdrop for any tenant’s personal style. The antique brass hardware gives the units a little personality and touch of vintage that rounds out these classic units.
