Chroma

Chroma is a mixed-use development located in the dynamic and bustling Whittier neighborhood, just south of downtown Minneapolis. The project site sat vacant for many years, and extensive clean-up and restoration work was done to prepare it for re-development. The building includes 70 residential units and two commercial spaces. One of the current tenant spaces is home to Tilt Pinball Bar.⁠ ⁠

Chroma was designed to keep rents affordable while still providing sought-after amenities including in-unit washer and dryers, an underground parking garage, fitness room, common lounge, and roof top patio that includes planter boxes for a community garden.⁠ ⁠
