Seventeen10

Seventeen10 is in a prime location one block away from Lake Bde Maka Ska and within walking distance of the shops at Seven Points, formerly known as Calhoun Square. The project is a four story, mixed-use building with parking and retail on level one, offices on level two, and residential units on levels three and four. The top floor consists of a penthouse with roof deck and view towards the lake.

Designed in collaboration with Peterssen/Keller architecture, the building reflects the evolving Uptown surrounding. The large windows create clean lines while the varied brick pattern gives texture to the planar façade.
