Shoreham

Located on the eastern edge of St. Louis Park, Shoreham is a five story mixed-use building with 148 units and 19,000 SF of office at the ground level. The building is located a short distance from Lake Bde Maka Ska and the Uptown area. Several amenity spaces are integrated into the building for resident use, such as a fitness center, yoga studio, outdoor pool, and surrounding pool deck with an outdoor kitchen. The unit mix is comprised of studio, one- and two-bedroom units, as well as a handful of walk-up units, offering the perfect size fit for any future tenant.

Shoreham occupies most of a city block, with the building mass wrapping along the boundary. On grade parking creates a through block connection, with the building passing overtop at Level 2, connecting the North and South main masses. The front façade facing County Road 25 has a series of interspersed, protruding masses, creating void spaces infilled with hung metal balconies. The primary exterior materials include dark masonry with layers of contrasting colored soldier coursed brick, as well as stucco and cementitious panel used to wrap the upper residential floors.
